I felt much more toned following the massage and my neck (troublesome) and legs benefited from the treatment. It was much appreciated.
The spa is first class from start to finish. we had massages which were top notch in lovely
surroundings. Would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a massage. We can
see how it won best spa in Bournemouth. Every member of staff in the spa cannot do enough for you and we must say it is the same through out the hotel in all areas. It is not
to be missed and is great value for money. The spa also has a fine swimming pool and is
clean throughout tou could not ask for more 10/10 Susan
My friend and I had a wonderful facial when we visited the Blue Water Spa,It added to our relaxing stay at the Best Western and The Connaught hotel.I was very impressed with all the staff at both places,they were friendly but very professional.I loved the ambience of the hotel and will definitely be going back to stay, and have more treatments at the Spa
