Although overall I had a good day, I don't feel there was enough attention to detail. The email confirmation didn't confirm the times I booked my treatment or my lunch which would have been nice to get on the reminder email. When I arrived I was told I needed money for the locker (as silly as it sounds this day and age a lot of people don't carry cash). The lady who did my treatment started to give my the wron G one and 10 minutes in after I finally realized she was doing it wrong I had to stop my massage (which is meant to relax me) and tell her she is doing the wrong type of massage I asked for a hot stone massage.
These small details meant that I was unable to relax and distress because I worry about the little things like having to remind staff how to do their jobs.
It was a lovely hotel and spa but like I said attention to detail really let it down.
lovely experience the two ladies who did our treatment were quiet and very respectful of our time it made a lovely change not having someone talking whilst it was being done the ambience was very calming music lovely lighting just right would certainly recommended and hope to be able to visit again very soon
Facial was lovely. Your facilities were good and your staff were terrific. Very professional an informative.
The pool had some manky stuff in it.
Lunch was lovely but the menu was very limited.
