Lovely relaxing spa day for my daughters birthday... with the bonus of enjoying our champagne and tasty lunch on the patio in the sunshine! Great service from all the staff and we especially enjoyed our massages and perfect OPI manicures.
Laura, who did my manicure, was very efficient , with a lovely manner and personality.
My nails looked beautiful .

A couple of niggles.... 1. Ladies toilets smelt disgusting. I reported it to staff and they said they would mention it to maintenance. She a said probably drains. 2. My sister took my locker key to get my glasses for me. She opened a locker thinking it was the correct one and opened someone else's locker by mistake. Therefore security poor. We told staff they said they would mention it to maintenance. 3. I booked 2 hot stone massages. Having not had one before I did not know the routine. About 10 minutes into it I mentioned that I was interested to see what it was like. My therapist said she thought I was having an aromatherapy massage. She did say she was happy to start again but I didn't think it was worth it by that stage. The mate I had was nice, just not what I booked. My sister had a lovely hot stone massage.
Overall the place was nice, food lovely and staff generally very pleasant. It lacked a nice out door area.. We actually had a sunny day! I'm not sure though I would return.
