I had a shellac manicure which was perfect. My nails were properly prepared before the colour was applied, which there was loads of. The lady doing my nails was very friendly and we had a great chat. Fab value for money, I will definitely be returning.

Great experience - lovely relaxing spa with professional helpful staff. Manicure and pedicure were perfect; a wonderful choice of colours. The only complaint there is that the manicurist accidentally cut my cuticle which has been rather sore since.
Very attentive and accommodating when doing the waxing (never had it done before) and staff were very understanding about a miscommunication with the package options - there are two very similar packages and with the one I had the cost of the package was actually more than the total cost of the individual treatments, so I was slightly confused as to what was included. Overall though a wonderful experience and would definitely go back!

Ladies' Waxing
Surprised by need to actually be charged £20 deposit for fairly average bath robe. Took two daughters so charged £60 which came out of account, dropped average robes in dirt box now waiting for refund to hit account. It seems to me every customer must therefore be seen as wanting to smuggle the bath robes out if we are charged a deposit which is only refunded on handing it back. I resent that and will search other venues out before returning here.

The venue was clean and pleasant. The facilities were excellent. The massage was all we had hoped for. We upgraded to a hot stone massage - lovely. Afternoon tea was delicious and plentiful. The only slight niggle was the long wait for tea to be served but that wasn't a problem since we could sit in the bar and chat while we waited. Overall a great day out.
