Being a member I use the swimming facilities on a regular basis but the treatment that I have had in the past is a most relaxing experience, a feeling of overwhelming warmth, pleasure and of pure luxury. I find the luxury manicure and pedicure the same pleasant experience and the quietness was welcome.
Questionare did ask on what areas I would like massuse to focus... and she didn't. Pointless question. Overall ok
Overall experience was good, staff were excellent, lunch was excellent.
Actual spa area was small - not enough beds around pool area to relax, the spa rooms are like a rabbit warren, the ladies cloakroom had a very bad odour we were told this was a drain problem.
I would and have recommend blue water spa days as this was my second visit. Whilst I could not afford the normal price I have made use of Groupon offers. I had a wonderful time previously and put my comments on trip advisor , so expectations were high and you did not disappoint. From the moment you enter the Hotel you are looked after firstly by Hotel staff then the staff from the spa. Spa area is tranquil and not too crowded and the spa members are friendly and helpful .Treatments are superb, I had hot stones for the first time true bliss. Lunch was delicious . Big thank you to all for making my friends 70th birthday treat special and of course my day too.
It was a lovely treatment in a very pleasant spa. My wife and I both had the hot stone massage for our back and sholders but wouldhave preferred the full body massage but there were insufficient slots for the day. Very relaxing none the less.
