Venue is well located and nice and relaxing ambiance.
We had a bit of fiasco with our booking where I would say staff and management did not handle very well.
Basically I was almost double charged by mistake as another client had the similar name.
I am very understanding of mistakes but trying to blame the customer without looking at the facts is very juvenile. The fact that a senior staff member was involved and did not even give me a hint of an apology after finding out their mistake is embarrassing.
What was suppose to be a relaxing experience turned out to be a painful process.
Facilities are great and the masseuse i had was fantastic but just be careful and pay attention to your booking as staff might not be as attentive.
Very friendly staff and usually when I get a mani/pedi my nails would have chipped by now...no matter what I do...and they are still going strong!
