Lovely spa, it's recently been refurbished and the staff are very attentive. Massage was great, very relaxing and good technique.
Swedish Massage
Lovely spa and friendly staff. The therapist did a fantastic job on my nails, very neat and a fantastic colour. I would definitely return!
Manicure
Ignored by spa receptionist on arrival. Spa staff friendly but not very conscientious. Did not ask what products might inflame my psoriasis even tho put it on my form. My daughters face and neck were covered in rash the next day so obviously not using sensitive skin products.
The jacuzzi was out of order and no sign of a repair. Changing facilities very good though with hair dyers and nice changing cubicles.
Front of house staff, especially blonde lady waitress at lunchtime superb! Food delicious. Very pleased to be able to return after we had done some shopping to have our tea and coffee which were included in our deal.
On the whole a good experience, with a tweek here and there could be even better.

This package was great value for money. The 55min massage was brilliant and the spa facilities were clean and enjoyable. There could be more seating in the swimming pool area but they are restricted on space. The afternoon tea with a glass of champagne was ddelightful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking at the site was tight but we managed to get a space.

My first experiance of a spa day, my friend and I had a wonderful relaxing and enjoyable day, the food was tasty. The staff were lovely and made the whole experiance one to remember. We would highly reccommend it the Spa day at Blue Water Spa.
