I treated myself along with two friends. We booked a Tuesday. Maria looked after us from the moment we stepped into the hotel. She was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We were given plenty of time to fill in the appropriate paperwork and had a coffee whilst completing it. When we ventured down the spiral staircase to the Blue Water Spa we were greeted by smiles. The staff there were very helpful, showing us round the facilities. Again, nothing was too much trouble.
The two course lunch that we had was amazing, from the champagne to the dessert.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The stone massage therapy that I experienced was very relaxing. Sandra, my therapist certainly knew what she was doing, working on the tense knots in my shoulders.
The room temperature, the lighting, was just right, I couldn't fault anything.
Fantastic experience.
I would certainly love to return for another spa day with treatment.
Booked via Groupon deal - fantastic value for money. Lovely day spent at the hotel using the swimming pool and steam room. Our back massage and facial was superb. The staff we very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a 2 course lunch and a glass of bubbly. Throughly relaxing in a usually hectic week.
