The room was rather cold. Heated beds would help. Also loud conversation outside the treatment room was annoying.

The treatment (drift away massage) was fantastic, and the masseuse Eleanor clearly knew what she was doing .
I felt relaxed and calm very quickly despite being quite anxious prior to the appt.
I felt amazing after and slept so well that night.
