Good massage, nice spa and nice staff. Was in a room with my friend which was nice but unexpected. Nice pressure!
Nice spa, (especially for a hotel) good, clean facilities and nice polite staff. Had my eyebrows done and despite a little redness I was pleased with the results. Not too painful and my therapist was lovely.
A great welcome from the minute we walked into reception. From the main reception, Spa reception, Waiting staff and Therapists, everyone we encountered during our Spa day were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Pool area very clean as was sauna and steam room. The floor in the changing rooms could do with alternative floor covering as it got very wet and slightly slippery and gowns very snug for average sized ladies (14 and above) but those were our only complaints. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to treat themselves.
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff were attentive and enhanced our experience. The lounge area was comfortable and welcoming. The spa facilities are pleasant and enjoyable.
Both myself and my mum had an amazing time, the staff were so welcoming and the atmosphere was lovely. The facilities themselves were clean but very small. The sauna was very small and although the steam room was wonderful that too was quite small. The main thing that I would suggest would be an actual relaxation/sleep room. A dark quite room that most spas have to go and rest after a treatment. There are lounger style chairs poolside at Blue Water spa but nowhere to actual sleep. When after a hot stone massage that is all you really want to do. Recently I have also been to the ZenSpa in the New Forest which had three different rooms. One with heated loungers and mood lighting, another with beds and fans (which is completely dark so you can actually sleep!!) and another with large sofas and plenty of magazines. This spa was on a larger scale but I think that even a small room aimed for relaxation.
