Pool was closed on my visit for Spa day. Hotel very apologetic . Hotel advised they would refund £10.
Lunch was gorgeous!!!
Some guests not adhering to being quiet in the quiet zones. My treatment disturbed by women on their phones on corridor and relaxation room.
Swedish Massage
Venue was great. It would have been nice to have been told where steam room/sauna were and what to do with used robe/towels, as it was my first visit. All staff were friendly and polite. Loved my facial,so relaxing and worth going for this alone. My face and neck felt amazing for several days despite my using the pool and steam room afterwards. I always wanted to try the hot stone treatment on my neck and shoulders and was not disappointed, so glad I tried this. Very relaxing. Restaurant fantast

We booked a Spa day with afternoon tea, and had an amazing day. The spa is clean and has all the facilities you expect. The drfit away massage and express facial were incredible! I will be going back for more treatments for sure!
The afternoon tea was incredibly tasty, my only suggestion would be something additional that is savoury (more sandwiches or sausage rolls perhaps?) and 1 less cake as it was so sweet we couldn't finish it & have a very sweet tooth. The cakes were all delicious though.
