Not enough beds in the spa area, there was 4 people sat on floor by swimming pool, we wasn't told about the relax room which was a shame as we didn't have time to use after treatment.
Facilities was lovely and clean except floors very slippery when wet in toilets.
Massage
I was told via email we could choose what sort of massage we would have, we didn't get a choice hannah my therapist was lovely but didn't ask about pressure so came out feeling dissatisfied as not what I thought I was having
Swedish Massage
Very calming and relaxing atmosphere. Lovely warm environment, calm and darkened room to relax in after the treatment. The only thing missing as far as i was concerned was the lack of dressing gowns. It is irritating to have to dress in full clothes and shoes to walk across the dark and damp car park to get to the spa, and a dressing gown, slippers and umbrella in the room would have precluded that necessity and made the whole experience even better.
Treatment by Lisa•Deep Tissue Massage
The gym was beyond need of maintenance and redecoration, water damage and damp everywhere. The pool area could use some attention too. And the sauna and steem room could use spa music, for example. The relaxation room was nice but the door was kept open so little relaxation possible, which was a shame. The pre-ordered lunch came 40 min late and it was a very unfortunate way to end our first spa experience. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves but not sure I would go again.
