I had never been here before and was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Jelena was kind professional and explained everything she was going to do beforehand . Tom in the restaurant was friendly and attentive the cream tea was lovely and I was not made to feel a pain because I wanted gluten and meat free plus the decaf tea was delicious. Overall a good experience.

Really enjoyed my massage, Ellie was great and made me feel totally relaxed. Some spas can make you feel out of place but everyone was really welcoming.

Our "go-to" place to relax. The massages are all great. This was our first 1hr 25m massage and so worth it! Being able to enjoy the couples room alongside my wife makes it even more special.
