I booked a spa day here with a friend in December. The hotel has a really nice old fashioned homely feel and was really nicely decorated for Christmas. I felt comfortable there, it is not pretentious and the staff were all very happy and friendly.
We had our treatments first at 10am I had a back and neck massage followed by hot stones massage, it was so relaxing. We then had use of the pool facilities etc.
To finish we had afternoon tea with Prosecco. I will definitely be going back soon.

Great Massage!
Only feedback I would give is I feel you should get complimentary use of the facilities if paying over £50 for a treatment. Paying £20 extra to use the pool and sauna/steam room was a bit of a shock!
