Absolutely amazing couldn't fault any of it staff was so polite and friendly any questions we had they answered amazingly everything was very clean changing room pool areas relax room everything me and my mum will definitely be returning again soon Absolutely incredible experience
I booked a spa day here with a friend in December. The hotel has a really nice old fashioned homely feel and was really nicely decorated for Christmas. I felt comfortable there, it is not pretentious and the staff were all very happy and friendly.
We had our treatments first at 10am I had a back and neck massage followed by hot stones massage, it was so relaxing. We then had use of the pool facilities etc.
To finish we had afternoon tea with Prosecco. I will definitely be going back soon.
Late booking but a great value and excellent experience will be making more bookings for sure
