I booked the Mediterranean mini break as a surprise for my wife. Whwn having this treatment, i used the excellent facilities of the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. After the treatment, my wifes exact words were, 'my god, that was amazing'. My wife said it was such a good experience, she feels really relaxed and could have easilygone to sleep. When we stay in Bournemouth again, we will definitely be booking this treatment for my wife, and something for me next time. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel, friendly staff at the reception very helpful & kind, lovely spa fantastic massage so blissful so much relaxing, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms so nice but seeing the ceilings above the swimming pool needs updating seems eye sore. Had an afternoon tea was delicious but they forgot to give us the glass of Prosecco never mind but the rest was so *ood and lovely no complaints at all.

The massage was nice. But very disappointed to find only 5 loungers I'm total by the pool. We paid for a spa day, with afternoon tea. We planned tp relax by the pool and have the odd dip, before tea. But there were no spa loungers 😔
