Hot Tub was out of action but we weren't told so found 4 hours hard to fill with just the pool, sauna, steam room and chill out room. Pool was cold and the chill out room was really cold so couldn't sit in there. Staff were lovely was it needs a little TLC. 2 out of 3 hair dryers didn't work either.
Lovely spa with friendly staff, the treatments were great, pool and sauna and steam room all very clean.
