Really disappointing that our treatments were arranged consecutively rather than at the same time as booked, so we were then in the spa separately rather than together.
Receptionist was unhelpful at best and did not make us feel welcome.
Rest of the spa was OK, but nothing special.

Absolutely amazing weekend at The Connnaught Hotel and Spa. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Kasa who did my Drift Away treatment. It was A-mazing. I will definitely be returning

massage was good and facial was amazing. So relaxing I think I might have drifter off, and the results were fabulous.
