Massage and room was fab. Relaxation room lovely.
The sauna was not working on that day and someone had urinated in the steam room causing it to stink so wasn't really able to use much of the facilities other than pool and jacuzzi.
Hygiene was okay but could have been better.

I was made to feel important and relaxed. My massage was calming with lovely essential oils. Elena checked the pressure of the massage was to my liking and I felt she found the knotted areas to spend more time on. The staff in the restaurant were professional and very polite when delivering my afternoon tea. Well done!
Couldn’t fault the spa or the treatment at all. A little disappointing that the Sauna wasn’t working, hopefully they get it working soon as it’s all part of the spa day you pay for.
We upgraded to lunch and not an afternoon tea, which was lovely as the chef went out of their way to make us a salad that wasn’t on the menu. However there was only one waitress and it took 1.5hrs for lunch, having an impact on what we could do in the afternoon, not the fault of the waitress she was totally rushed.
When we arrived there was a notice to say the sauna was out of use which was a bit disappointing . We continued to use the steam room which was great and had our treatments which were also lovely. However after lunch we went back in to use the steam room and someone had obviously urinated in there and the smell was awful. Reception sent in a maintenance man to have a look, but he didn’t clean it or even put a out of order sign up!!no sauna or steam room for the whole afternoon
