Unfortuneately some of my hairs were not long enough to be waxed, which I totally understand is my fault. However she missed large areas where the hair was plenty long enough and so had to rush out and buy a home kit as I was going on holiday. When I arrived on time I was notified they had emailed me to bring the appointment forward by 15mins. I had not seen the email and rather than ring me just presumed I would be there at the earlier time so rushed me through. She still finished 15mins before the new finish time, so had plenty of time to do a proper job. They did offer a discount on next waxing but will not be returning.
