I booked a luxury gel manicure and left a message asking for the French finish. I also rang and made sure that French finish was available on this occasion.
Upon my arrival, one beautician said she wa not doing French and she swapped with the other one, who must have done for the first time.
A lux gel manicure suppose to last for 75 minutes - after 1.5h - 105 minutes, my nails still weren't done. What was the worst part they were awful. Smudged and unequal white tips.

Whilst the treatment itself was good my therapist didn’t engage with me, she spent most of the treatment on her phone. I’d paid for lymphatic drainage at the end of my Hopi ear treatment but didn’t receive it. The salon didn’t know anything about it so bad communication between Treatwell and salon

Really enjoyed my pregnancy massage at The Cove. Lovely warm room, heated treatment bed, pregnancy pillow. Ana was exceptional, a really wonderful massage that I couldn’t have enjoyed more! Loved every second and can’t wait to book my next one!

The massage itself was ok, had a lot better. however the venue is very noisy, people shouting and banging outside the massage room. My chest was not massaged and I wasn’t asked if I wanted water or how I was feeling after. The masseuse was nowhere to be seen after. Would not return and would avoid
