Lady on reception was lovely. I opted to pay at the venue was meant to be £14 and was charged £16 which I didn't realise until afterwards. This was for less than 10mins basic eyebrow hot wax. I was not told that there would be a change in cost depending on the type of wax used so not sure why I was charged £16 instead of £14. Expensive for a basic wax when I usually pay less than £10 for a basic tidyup wax.
