The treatment I felt was very good, disappointed with the treatment room very small and cramped, no meet and greet when I arrived would have appreciated a welcome when I first arrived

Could hear people in the corridor, but excellent treatment and staff. Very happy with purchase.

Booked a 45 minute treatment and felt short changed as this was over in 35. Asked for a firm massage and the girl went in really hard from the outset and hurt me quite badly. My shoulder muscle was painful for the next 2 days. Treatwell experience was as easy as ever...
Swedish Massage
I liked the general feel of the place and the lady gave me an extremely good massage. Not 100% about the facial, though - I was expecting the lady to make my skin clean by removing blackheads etc. but this didn't happen. I was also slightly annoyed re: the fact there were loud voices in reception, thereby killing any ambience that a beauty treatment is meant to entail. I will go back to Bourne End, but chances are, I will just stick to my regular massage & facial haunts. Thanks anyway.
