I left and my nails look messy, the polish is on my cuticles and just not a very good job overall. The lady was lovely but unfortunately didn’t give me the best manicure at all.

I think my therapist was Fatima and she was amazing. Light, delicate touch and great facial and temples/ hairline massage as well as doing the cleanser, scrub, toner , mask and moisturiser . I liked the warm steam too. Very professional and would ask for her again.
