Late start of the appointment, dirty treatment room, threadbare towels, cold wax, bruised skin, hair broken rather than pulled, left without completing the 2nd hald of the treatment which was half leg wax Full refund please

It was amazing! The lady I had was incredible. Great pressure and so relaxing. I’ve just had a baby around 5 months ago and it’s the most relaxed I’ve ever been! Have already booked another with her! I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name!
