Rebecca explained the Elemis facial before starting. lt was unrushed, methodical and went alongside a scalp/ upper body massage which was amazing. I was offered advice about my skin and my skin was refreshed and glowing at the end. I've already booked my next appointment!

As always, the staff here are friendly and professional. Laura (who was helping out and not a permanent member of staff) did a great job. Very meticulous. Shame she isn't there full time.
