friendly attentive staff that put you at ease, easy parking . proffesional ,only thing some treatment rooms are up a steep staircase and there were boxes of nail varnishes on the stairs which made them a little dangerous,

Lovely lovely lady did my wax, good to talk to and just have a chat with! Good quality and no irritation. Best wax I've had in ages.
The facial is great and I felt very relaxed by the end of the treatment. The products smell and feel wonderful and my skin looked smooth and clear after the treatment. Whilst the facial itself is very well done, I would enjoy more massage as part of the treatment.
All the staff at L&S are welcoming and the treatment room is very pleasant with a nice choice of background music. This is my third facial and I will be booking again.
