Overall good venue, could have given 5 stars but original time of the booking was moved due to issues with their diary management. Got many apologies from the receptionist but a mix up like this should have had the manager calling. Shame. Great therapist and treatments tho.
I regularly go for treatments at Cove: they are always professional and treatments are great. First pedicure there for me though (usually go for massages / facials) . Good pedi: you sit on a sofa, magazines next to you, good products. 4 rather than 5 stars as I personally prefer (and expect at this price) a short foot massage which didn’t really happen, it was very brief: 15/20 secs max, to literally just apply the cream. But still a good pedi!
It was a good experience, the staff is nice and the quality of the service is also really good
Lovely little spa and the manicurist was very friendly and attentive, however, for a luxury manicure I'm not sure I really got my money's worth. I would go back but for a different treatment.
