I took a standard manicure & pedicure option. What I got was something worse than what I could manage at home. Here are some things to think about:
1. They offer manicure and pedicure options but don't have facilities to support the treatments (Eg. seating/nail polish drying fans)
2. I got my nails soaked in what looked like just hot water (no cuticle softener), my cuticles taken care of by a very nice therapist, nails filed and polished and cuticle oil at the end (Which by the way makes it impossible for the polish to dry even after a couple of hours. The no-dryer situation at the spa adds to this!!)
3. I had to ask to have my calluses on my feet looked at. After using the tool, would you not apply cream/moisturiser to the area?!! If it wasn't offered, the therapist should have informed me.
4. No moisturiser/cream applied at all! Period! I wouldn't expect it on a file and polish only. But on the standard? What gives? I left with dry hands and feet and without a clear top coat on my nails.
To summarize, I felt ripped off and I wouldn't go back! Not the best place for a mani-pedi.
