Therapist was excellent in terms of treatments - very good massage and facial lovely as was foot massage- and she was happy for me to say what I liked / didn't like. My one observation would be that as I had signed up for a three hour package it would have been nice to have had a five minute break between each treatment and offered water / refreshments .
Fantastic therapist/ truly the best foot and arm massage. She was amazingly I fault the salons quality of the polish which is marked after sleeping! I went to bed over 12 hours after the manicure. Further really troubling was the ruined pedicure I didn't wear shoes until the morning after over 18h. Poor product and I've asked the Treatwell for a full refund as the mani and pedi are colour wise like a teenager did them now! Not at all the fault of the therapist the fault of the salon
Very good value for money, friendly staff, excellent massage, would definitely go there again!
