Nice, friendly staff and a very relaxing and professional venue. The pedicure was great and I ended up buying a set of 4 pedis (with a 5th one free) to last me through the summer!
My therapist was really friendly and very welcoming. The room set up was quite uncomfortable and small, having to sit on a hard fold up chair to soak my feet before stepping onto the coach, both of which took up most of the room so the door could not be shut. The therapist did an amazing job on the prep and massage lasted a really long time but I was really disappointed with the quality of paint when I got home. She'd flooded every cuticle on my toe nails and on my big toe used a big splodge of top coat with ran onto my toe so the whole thing pretty much lifted off. She also taken a little chunk out of my big toe in the corner and not filed it down so i could feel it catching on my bed sheets. I think perhaps the light wasn't great and maybe she couldn't see as well
The staff were really lovely and welcoming and the treatment itself was fine. Unfortunately a couple of nails chipped in a week, which I wouldn't expect and also they overcharged me and when I contacted them to request a refund they never responded - so not great customer service overall.
This has to be the worst spa experience I've had by far. I booked a scrub and massage. The scrub I was given was very poor and by a very poor high street quality product. And massage was just the same. I was offered a freezing cold shower which I refused to take as I just couldn't stand under such cold water. I was patted down With some warm mats, which made a massive mess and I was picking out scrub from
All my clothes later. I will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone
Leg wax was brilliant and the lady was lovely.
I feel like my bikini wasn't properly done though, there are a few patches of hair left at the top of my legs. I paid for extended bikini and am used to getting a lot more hair removed.
The place itself is lovely and the staff were wonderful.
