The massage was good although I had better ones elsewhere. The wax was ok, even if though there has been a misunderstanding about the areas that I requested
Somehow my booking went into their system twice so the salon was calling me all afternoon asking me where I was for a second appointment that I hadn't actually booked. The therapist seemed very inexperienced and the appointment took longer than it should have done.
The gel nails were very poor, messy, not finished properly and uneven. The lady was lovely however, but I think she needs more training.
Had a deep tissue massage which sorted me out for sure ! Issue w Treatwell and cove spa diaries not syncing so had to rebook but other than that, the massage itself was great and staff were really nice !
