I had booked with a specific beautician I have used previously but due to illness she was unavailable on the day. The replacement lady was equally as good, so friendly and chatty while thorough and conscientious.
Have honestly never had a bad experience there in the 18 months I've been going, all the staff are so nice and friendly.
The treatment I booked on top of an Environ event that I were attending taking place here.
The environ event was dissapointing as was the pushy way to re-purchase a course of treatments directly vs Treatwell.
The massage itself and therapist who did it booked via Treatwell was great.

Very relaxing and nice staff. Didn't really get a foot massage and it wasn't the most comfortable lying up during it (would be better in a chair)
