I went for a Deep Cleansing facial which included cleansing and exfoliation, steaming, massage (of hands, arms and head, as well as face) and a mask. No extractions, in my case. My therapist was very thorough and professional, and the whole experience was both relaxing and rejuvenating. I did break out within two days, which happens sometimes - but I took that only as a good sign, not a bad one, and the spots were gone completely within another two days, leaving my skin clear and glowing.
During my treatment my wishes were not put first and I didn't feel they were that bothered about how I was doing at all. Arrived not to have the member of staff my Email from Treatwell had noted, then they said their system hadn't shown the treatment I'd booked, if I hadn't confirmed what I'd booked I would have had a different treatment. Filled in lots of forms but they can't have read them as no time before my treatment. They also need to know their treatments on offer and request new clients to arrive early to ensure they show some interest and up their game and their service. It's alright there as long as you don't expect much. Shame.
Friendly environment and great ambiance. Need to sort their online Booking system as the appointment time was not available but was rectified quickly
Staff very friendly, the only issue would be when I got my pedicure we had to share a room with someone else and would have liked to continue the experience on a one to one basis. But overall the massage was lovely and came out relaxed.
