I had a reaction to the serum ,so the treatment was not completed.
The therapist was caring and did a lash tint instead.
I tried to get a refund and was given some guidance but this just wasn't going to happen.
I was then asked to pay extra for the lash tint .
Not particularly caring to be honest as I have used the salon for years and remained loyal.
I don't feel it was anyone's fault but a little extra care goes a long way .
I have another appointment booked and will review
