It wasn't Samantha, it was Danielle. She was from Hitchin and had to stand in due to shortness of staff.
I had one patch of skin on my left underarm which was sore and is still red today, 2 days later.
We got into difficulty in the bikini area (I had previously requested hot wax for this area and in fact for all the waxing, but the message was missed) and the manager had to step in and do the bikini wax. She wisely avoided the area which had previously been so sore but I ended up incomplete

Really lovely massage and facial. Only negative is that the walls are quite thin so you can hear all the conversations in the rest of the salon. That being said, the massage and facial was so good, and I’ll definitely be back.

Very enjoyable and relaxing. Unfortunately I only got 70 of the paid for 90mins... will still be rebooking again in the future!

Anastasia was professional and very capable. The therapy room was fine - a bit small for her to walk around.
Online booking and checks were clear and non-intrusive.
Reception was okay - more room for products than people.
