My hour massage was only 45 minutes. The pressure of my deep tissue massage was very light and my therapist seemed more keen to up sell some cream, that work into the knots in my shoulder, which have been causing me pain. The treatment room was cold, so I had goose bumps throughout. Would not recommend.
