Had a full body massage and Jade did a wonderful job. Very relaxing and certainly took the edge from the pains I had. Would have been five stars if not for one overlooked detail: I selected on the registration form the areas I wanted some focus on but unfortunately this was overlooked. The atmosphere in the treatment room could be improved by making it less ‘clinical’. Perhaps this is just preference but I prefer to feel transported to a tropical spa with exotic decorations, music, etc.
