This was my first experience of a professional foot file and polish, and it was delightful. The staff were all lovely and there was a wide choice of polishes to choose from. However, I do appreciate that we are in a digital age now, but I did struggle with inputting my details via a tablet and would have preferred to complete a paper form. However, a member of staff immediately came to help me and was very kind about having to do so!

The Cove Spa is excellent. The staff are really friendly and Zoe is a mega star - so quick at waxing! She does a Brazilian in 10 minutes! Great results and I’m a happy returning customer. I hear their electrolysis and facelifts are popular too.

Overall it was a very lovely visit - very soothing and refreshing. Only real issue was that down in the relaxation room the music was somewhat disturbed by the machinery for the steam room which distracted from the atmosphere a little.
