The massage itself was really good, the problem areas in my back/shoulders were quickly found. However, having a treatment time of 30min means a 20min massage, which makes it a bit expensive

There was a mix up with my booking time and I was on the system for 1pm when I had booked for 12pm. The girl on reception was extremely apologetic but as they were fully booked I said I would get a coffee and come back, which wasn't a problem.
The bikini wax was quick and efficient and not as painful as others I've had. The Swedish massage was firm at my request and it was brilliant.
