Manicure
There was a mix up with my booking time and I was on the system for 1pm when I had booked for 12pm. The girl on reception was extremely apologetic but as they were fully booked I said I would get a coffee and come back, which wasn't a problem.
The bikini wax was quick and efficient and not as painful as others I've had. The Swedish massage was firm at my request and it was brilliant.

Communication was excellent, I received text updates and reminders. The spa was clean, tidy and had a relaxing atmosphere with soft music playing. Rosie, who did my gel manicure was very friendly and welcoming. She gave a lovely manicure and answered all my questions as I'd never had gel nails before. They look beautiful and I'm very happy! Thank you.
