Lovely place, very serene. The staff were polite and helpful. A bikini wax isn't the most pleasant treatment! But the service was friendly and professional and the facilities were clean and cosy. Would definitely recommend The Cove Spa.

I am sorry to only score one star but that massage was a terrible experience. I told the masseuse I had a bad knee/leg before she started but she applied so much pressure that she pulled a tendon in my leg causing me a lot of pain. Also I am quite thin (6.8 st) but she applied far too much pressure as I am quite bony. I spent the next 50 mn in a very uncomfortable position with my leg bent to stop the pain whilst she carried on with the massage. The other shock was the cost as I understood it to be £44 but was asked to pay £55. Your online website is not clear about this and it could be called false advertising.
