My partner had booked for me a 45 min Swedish express massage. I have arrived 15 min before my booked appointment where the woman at reception gave me some papers to fill whilst she was talking with another client. At this point it has already passed my starting time when she introduced herself as Jess and that she will give me the massage; I asked to use the toilette and after we chatted about which kind of massage I had before. As it transpired the "consultation period" was included in the 45 min of massage...of which I only had about 30 minutes of massage out of booked 45 min. Suffice it to say I felt ripped off.
I was very disappointed with the process especially as I asked Jess 3 times to apply more pressure on my back but to no avail. Not planning to visit them again in all honesty.
