A pleasant experience. I was met in a polite friendly way and made to feel comfortable. Instructions were clear and relaxed. At the end of the treatment I did not feel I was rushed out and I finished relaxing in my own time . The massage was effective and the summary given was useful.
Head Massage
Carmen was lovely. Gave me lots of skin advice! I always think this place is a little pricey. When I turned up the Cove didn't know I had an appointment. Some sort of Treatwell system error? So the discount facial I'd booked they offered but I let myself get talked into a more expensive facial 🙄. Still, it was lovely!
