Booked a back and chest wax. The treatment was supposed to take 40 minutes, but ended up taking 75, and there was no pressure, but only focus on doing a great job. The therapist was fantastic. Very friendly and conversation took my mind completely away from the feeling of having my hairs ripped out !

The place is very peaceful and the staff is very friendly and respectful. I often feel stressed before going to get my hair removed as I’m quite self conscious, but this has been one of my best experiences so far. They are amazing at making you feel welcome and relaxed

My therapist was late which meant that I had to wait for my treatment which not communicated to me when I arrived. That said, my therapist was very nice and gave me a fairly good wax.

I used this spa 3 years ago so had to fill in the form again which is always a bit of a bore. The therapist could not find it at first, but she was good indicating the most relevant questions so that it could be done quickly. The massage she gave me in 30mn concentrated well on the areas I indicated and I thought she was very good.
