Most enjoyable treatment, its fairly relaxing except for hearing other people talking in other rooms. The shower wasn't in the same rooms so the logistics are just a bit more complicated. Otherwise skin feels amazing, massage was great, staff are lovely, clearly experienced.

The massage was the best I have ever had and was a treat from head to toe. The therapist was very professional and worked on those areas that were tense. The self-care advice afterwards was helpful. The reason I couldn't give the ambience such a high rating was because on the day there was a strange smell in the reception area.
