Once I got home I realised I was left with a lot of hair in places that shouldn't be there, especially having paid £30 for the service. The wax burnt me and was extremely painful, and when I yelped and told the therapist, she was in no rush to stop the pain and didn't even apologise. Overall not a great experience, I wouldn't recommend and I won't be returning. Nice ambience, but obviously ruined by the painful experience and moody therapist.
