I had shellac gel nails done. There wasn't a great variety of colours, but I am very pleased with the bright pink colour I picked as it is perfect for the spring/summer! The lady shaped my nails nicely but did not remove the cuticles as I would have expected. She had cut into one of my cuticles, but it does not bother me too much. There was not an arm rest so I found it little awkward during applications. As I have had gel nails done before at different salons, I think the lady could have done a better job and the application of polish was not as neat as the standard I would usually have it.

Staff very polite! Not a good range of gel colours. Technique used wasn't very good expected to be better. Nail tools didn't seem to be sanitised, also nail file used was totally blunt and very old.

Booked eyebrow threading here. The beautician was ok, but kept going over the same bits over and over again. My eyebrows turned out slightly uneven and I had to tweeze them myself when I got home to get them the same thickness. Not worth what they charge for threading.
Facial Threading
A tucked away venue in the centre of town that immediatly transports you to a relaxing, laid back area. The hot stone massage was really relaxing and would go again.

I would recommend The Cove Spa to friends and family as the staff were friendly, experienced and very professional! I have experienced many Hollywood waxes and this is by far the best. All hair has been removed and great care was taken to ensure all hair was removed. I will be returning
