Not a chemical peel, more like a deep clean facial.
If you opt for the Environ Peel using Ionzyme Machine then expect it to be like how the therapist explains it, a 'current machine' - like a electric shock machine over your face. Once your eyes are glued on by the mask, it feels like you are being electrocuted and you'll see flashing lights across your forehead. So be prepared!
If you're late, your treatment will be cut by the amount of minutes you are late by - and this will be explained to you in the treatment room when it’s too late to dispute it.

My friend and I have tried many spa's and salons around st albans and neighbouring towns but I would strongly recommend the cove spa to anyone. It is a little hard to find as it is tucked away from town, once you are inside, you feel a sense of total relaxation. The therapists are all extremely friendly and offer real quality treatments. We used the infra-red therapy room which was wonderful before the massage. We both felt that the massage itself was the best we had ever had - we are both nurses so are on our feet all day and were in need of a good decent deep tissue pressure and that's what we got. We then had the herbal facial - the products smelt lovely and the facial massage was deeply relaxing. All in all a delightful experience and we have re-booked and have found our little getaway from the hustle and bustle of life!
