It was a tiny bit chaotic, but the staff were professional and chatty which I liked!

I specifically asked the cutter to not cut much of my length and take out as many split ends in that length as he can. He chose to take out maximum of my split ends leaving me with much shorter hair. This wasn't what I wanted.
However, the cut that he gave me was ultimately good and clean.
