Came in for a blow dry, I have human hair extensions which they said wouldn’t be a problem. Half my hair was blow dried and half way curled using an awful old curling wand which they got out of and old box. My hair was completely dead and ruined after, the heat turned my hair yellow and feeling like straw. The brushes were poor quality. I had an awful experience. I’m having to buy new hair extensions costing over £400 due to the state that my hair was left in. DO NOT GO HERE!
