The haircut was done to a very high standard, hence the five-star review. There were two less positive aspects. One is that my stylist spoke on the phone for the duration of my haircut. I doubt this happens usually, and it didn't bother me, but other customers may find it less agreeable.
Also, the pricing structure is unclear. I made an appointment for the student rate of £15 but I was charged £17. The haircut was good enough that, on this occasion, I don't mind too much, but watch out.

I had to wait a while for my actual appointment, and they guy after me had to wait about 30 minutes for his. Perhaps the system needs to be a bit quicker
